Both the brothers were brought up in a strict environment. Their father would make them knelt in front of the family altar as punishment each time they had done something wrong. Due to this strict upbringing, Wing Ho has turned out to be a kind young man.

Today, his brother has retired from acting while Wing Ho still acts but only as minor supporting roles. He is more known as the boyfriend of TVB actress and former Miss Hong Kong, Shirley Yeung.
