As a teenager, he made his acting debut in 1982 playing minor role in a movie. After playing several minor roles and at the request by his father, he enrolled in college to study performing arts in 1986. After graduation, he continued his acting career and until today has starred in close to 100 movies.














Recently he put on a robe to play the role of the Buddha in a comedy movie. Happy to play the Buddha, he did not feel any discomfort when he had to go through 3 hours of makeup daily to prepare himself for the role. To help him get into the role, he became vegetarian for two days to "cleanse" himself , something that he had never done before.
